Join National Heritage Academies (NHA) as a Operations Coordinator. This position will report directly to the Curriculum & Instruction Operations and Assessment Manager and will be responsible for assisting schools in the development and maintenance of a highly effective intervention plan. In this role, the selected candidate will work collaboratively in partnership with other stakeholders to serve as the primary advisor to the school leadership team with regard to intervention planning.

Your Role

  • Acquire and maintain a full understanding of systematic academic intervention and practices which will assist our schools in building a highly effective intervention program
  • Serve as the main contact for NHA schools for all items related to intervention budgeting and systematic intervention planning
  • Build effective relationships with Curriculum & Instruction team and school leadership teams to obtain information, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
  • Participate in the assessment of school needs to ensure that intervention investment budgets reflect NHA priorities and initiatives
  • Participate in professional growth and development and stay abreast of current research through continuing education
  • Support other projects and initiatives, as needed (e.g., myNHA development and enhancements for applications including gradebook, assessment, and curriculum)
  • Tactfully address sensitive issues and adhere to strict confidentiality regarding privileged information



  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Strongly preferred 3-5 years of instructional/academic experience
  • Ability to use high-level reasoning skills and both written and verbal communication skills are essential 
  • Experience working in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ablility to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to travel occasionally, as required
